Asan Bawar is located at Tarafic Square, Kabul, Afghanistan. We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Account Registration and User Responsibilities

To make purchases on our platform, users must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and ensuring that the information you provide is accurate and up to date. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Product Information and Orders

We strive to provide accurate product descriptions and images; however, slight variations may occur due to vendor updates or display settings. Orders can be canceled only if they have not yet entered the shipping process. There are generally no limits on order quantities, but individual vendors may set restrictions on their products.

4. Pricing and Payment

Prices may include or exclude taxes and shipping fees depending on the product or promotion. Shipping fees may vary; sometimes shipping is free. We accept multiple payment methods, including PayPal, Paytm, Payoneer, HesabPay, cash on delivery, and wallet payments, with plans to add more options in the future.

If payment is not received, we will not proceed with shipping the order. Users can report payment or order issues directly to us.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We ship products throughout Afghanistan, covering all 32 provinces, as well as internationally worldwide. Delivery times may vary depending on location and product availability. Tracking information will be provided where applicable.

If an item is lost or damaged during shipping, users can contact us to report the issue. We will work to replace or resend the correct product.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Currently, Asan Bawar does not offer refunds. However, if a product is damaged or incorrect, users can submit a report, and we will arrange to send the correct product again. A formal refund policy will be introduced soon.

7. User-Generated Content and Behavior

Users may submit reviews and comments on products. However, any form of spam, illegal content, misbehavior, or violation of our guidelines is strictly prohibited and may result in the removal of content and account suspension.

8. Limitation of Liability

Asan Bawar is not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the products or services offered. We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to our platform, and we disclaim liability for any losses related to technical issues, shipping delays, or vendor errors.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Afghanistan. Any disputes shall be resolved through the Afghan court system or arbitration, as appropriate.
